What Effixient did
Effixient was the closest counterpart ZingBot has ever had: “the missing XING automation tool for recruiters, HR professionals and B2B sales professionals”. In practice that meant message sequences with automated follow-ups, reply detection that stopped a sequence, personalisation through salutation, title and last name plus custom icebreakers — and a deep XING TalentManager integration with its own dedicated page.
What ZingBot covers
Nearly all of it, for the same underlying reason: both work inside your own XING account. Import a candidate list — standard XING import or TalentManager import — write your message and follow-ups once, and ZingBot works the list, stopping the moment someone replies.
What is different
Effixient served recruiting and B2B sales. ZingBot concentrates on recruiting. If you used Effixient mainly for sales prospecting, ZingBot is not shaped for that — a deliberate choice, not a gap waiting to be filled.
On limits
Effixient advertised up to 12 hours saved per week per employee. We think that order of magnitude is realistic and quote it too — as a ceiling, not a promise.
What we do not promise is that XING will not notice. ZingBot runs in your real account, so XING’s limits on contact requests and action rates apply. Anyone in this category promising “unlimited” or “safe from bans” is guessing.
