ZingBot ZingBot

ZingBot or XingZap — which fits recruiting?

XingZap finds and exports contacts; ZingBot works a candidate list inside your own XING account. A factual comparison.

XingZap and ZingBot solve different parts of the same job. The difference is not a feature checkbox — it is where each one’s centre of gravity sits.

What XingZap is built for

XingZap positions itself around search and data: “Find German professionals with AI”. That means profile search and export, a documented way past XING’s 300-results-per-search cap, CSV export, a small CRM for prospect lists, and a scraping API. It also runs campaigns — profile visit, connection request, follow-up.

XingZap states plainly that campaigns follow XING’s own default limits and that those should be strictly respected. That is an honest position, and we say the same thing.

What ZingBot is built for

ZingBot starts later in the process: you bring a list — through the standard XING import or the TalentManager import — and ZingBot works it inside your own XING account. Messages, contact requests, follow-ups, and a stop the moment someone replies.

The TalentManager path is the difference that matters for recruiting: if your candidates come out of XING Talent Manager, ZingBot picks them up from there.

What is true of both

Both work through your real XING account, so XING’s limits on contact requests and action rates apply. We quote no numbers: XING sets them, they differ per account, and they change.
